HONESTY & INTEGRITY
PREMASS members shall conduct business in an honest manner and with utmost integrity.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
PREMASS members shall conduct their business activities in a professional manner and shall act in accordance with all their respective state and federal regulations.
HONESTY IN ADVERTISING
PREMASS’s members must not use deceptive advertisements and provide accurate information in all advertisements and solicitations.
LICENSING
Members of PREMASS for whom a license is required, shall maintain a legal and current license in their profession during membership.
CONFIDENTIALITY
PREMASS members shall not disclose unauthorized confidential information.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
PREMASS members shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws and
Regulations.
DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS
PREMASS members must disclose any conflict of interest, which may arise in a financial transaction.
