Question: Where is PREMASS’s office located?
Answer: PREMASS is an internet company based in Broward County Florida.
Question: Will PREMASS be providing additional information?
Answer: The curriculum will expand to include additional topics as the market continues to change. Keep coming back and watch for additional topics.
Question: If I believe there is a topic which should be included on the website and it is not included, who should I contact?
Answer: Please complete the suggestion box and we will respond directly to you.
Question: Can PREMASS keep the personal information they collected about me forever?
Answer: The Privacy Act does not set a specific time period for the destruction of personal information but PREMASS will not keep your information longer than is necessary. Additionally, our database is never going to be used for anything other than PREMASS. We do not sell or give your information to anyone for any reason.
Question: Can I use the educational material on the PREMASS website?
Answer: Our information is available for homebuyers to utilize for personal use. For any other use, you must seek and obtain authorization from PREMASS to do so.
Question: Can I use the PREMASS logo on my website since I am member of PREMASS?
Answer: The logo may be used as linking purposes only. It is a trademark and it is only to be used with PREMASS’ prior permission.
Question: Does PREMASS intend to include and market promotional items on its site?
Answer: In the future PREMASS will give its members and the homebuyers an opportunity to purchase promotional items.
Question: How do I advertise on your site?
Answer: For information on advertising on our site, please send inquires to: info@PREMASS.com
Question: How do I retrieve my password?
Answer: On professional/homebuyer log in page, click on "forget password" link and enter the e-mail address you used to log-in. Your password will be resent to your e-mail. If you are still unsuccessful, please place a support ticket on the top of the page.
Question: How can I find out when my membership expires?
Answer: Log into your account. Your personal and membership data will be available, including when your membership expiration date.
Question: How do I cancel my membership subscription?
Answer: When your subscription is up for renewal, do not renew. As indicated in the Terms of Use memberships are on an annual basis and cannot be pro rated.
Question: If all professionals from my office would like to become members of PREMASS as a group, can this be done and will we be given a group rate?
Answer: Your entire office may sign up as a group. If you feel your group has over 10 members, please contact our marketing department for more details at marketingdept@premass.com.
Question: If I belong to two professional categories and I would like to be a member in both categories will I get a discount?
Answer: You will not be able to get a discount because you will be receiving the distinct benefits for each category. Remember to expand your marketing area, add additional counties in the state, or become a statewide member.
Question: If I am a retired professional and my license is expired can I become a member of PREMASS?
Answer: If you are no longer practicing your profession you will not be able to register as a member. If you feel there is a specific circumstance that you feel should be given access, please e-mail your request to info@premass.com.
Question: If my profession does not fall within the categories indicated on the site can I become a member of PREMASS?
Answer: You could not become a member of PREMASS professionals, but you would be most welcome to advertise on our website. If you feel your profession should be added, please e-mail marketingdept@premass.com and describe what you do and why it should be added. We are always interested in making our site all inclusive for the homebuyers.
Question: Would PREMASS consider having associate members, members who are not directly connected to the industry but would like to help homebuyers make prudent choices?
Answer: PREMASS will not be instituting an associate category at this time. However, if this is an area in which you have expertise you may submit articles for the PREMASS newsletter or for consideration to use on the site. All articles submitted to PREMASS for inclusion on the site will then become the property of PREMASS.
Question: Why should I as a homebuyer want to register to place my opinion on a specific professional?
Answer: The professionals must have the ability to protect their good name from inappropriate remarks. So in order to help this situation, we must be able to identify to the professional that you are a client of theirs. You should be proud to give your opinions and help all your neighbors with your honest opinion of all professionals. This is what the site is intended and we value your help in this matter.
Question: What if I can’t find a professional that I have worked with in your system?
Answer: If you find a professional that is not on our list, please contact us so we may contact them on your behalf to have them added to our database. Please have their name and phone number and professional category available to send to our e-mail, info@premass.com.
Question: Why should I join as a professional?
Answer: One of the most important reasons for joining PREMASS is to show your clients that you are committed to fully educating them throughout the process of homebuying. With the education of the homebuyer, we will stand stronger in our market and provide outstanding service to the community. Each member must be willing to do their part by pointing each person to this website to get the valuable information needed throughout the home buying process. We are helping you help yourself by providing the education to the homebuyer and not taking away your own precious time. This time can then be used for additional marketing of your services.
