INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOMEBUYERS

LOG IN
- Click on Log In to My Account on the top right of the website.
- Select HOMEBUYER.
- Use account detail (email & password) provided via e-mail to proceed.

FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?
- On homebuyer log in page click on forget password link.
- Enter your registered email address, a new password will be generated and sent to you at that e-mail address. Also check your spam/junk folder.

CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Change Password button (top right).
- Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password.

ADD A NEW PROPERTY
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Change Password button (top right).
- Complete the required details and click on Add Property button.

REFINANCE A PROPERTY
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on REFINANCE THIS on top right of the property box you wish to refinance.
- Provide the required refinance date and click on Submit button.

HOW TO FIND THE PROFESSIONAL YOU USED
- Click on Find A Professional Now or click on the map below it.
- Select the profession of the professional you wish to find.
- Click on Find a Realtor (if you're finding a realtor).
- Wait for the map to load and select the area where the professional is located.
- You can also find a profesional by name or company name using the search function.

SEE A PROFESSIONAL'S DETAIL
- Find the professional.
- Click on the professional in the listing below the map.

LEAVE FEEDBACK TO PROFESSIONALS
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Find the professional you wish to leave feedback to.
- See the professional's detail
- Click on Leave feedback for this professional button.
- Type in your feedback and rate the professional.
- Select the property you bought with the help of the professional.
- Click on Send Feedback button.

LOG OUT
- Click on Log Out on top right menu.
