INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROFESSIONALS
LOG IN
- Click on Log In to My Account on the top right menu.
- Select PROFESSIONAL.
- Use account detail (email & password) provided via e-mail to proceed.
FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?
- On professional log in page, click on forget password link.
- Enter your registered email address and submit. A new password will be generated and sent to you at the e-mail address you entered. Also check your spam/junk folder.
After you have logged in with your e-mail and password, you can:
CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Change Password button (top right).
- Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password.
EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Edit Details button (top right).
- Change any details as you wish and click on Update Details button when you’re done.
ADD OR CHANGE YOUR PHOTO OR LOGO
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Edit Details button (top right).
- To add or change photo click on Choose File/Browse under Photo section.
- To add or change logo click on Choose File/Browse under Logo section.
- Click on Update Details when you’re done.
UPGRADE OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Upgrade/Renew Membership button (bottom right).
- Select the action you wish to do (add a profession, upgrade, renew).
- Click on Submit button.
- Enter your credit card number and billing details and click on Submit button.
ADD YOUR DETAILS IN NEW LOCATION LISTINGS
- Log in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
- Click on Add New Location button (bottom right).
- Select desired location(s).
- Click on Submit button.
- Enter your credit card number and billing details and click on Submit button.
LOG OUT
- Click on Log Out on top right menu.
